Coveyheugh Lodge is a beautiful Victorian country cottage set in the Coveyheugh House estate. This hidden bolthole is a wonderfully calming respite from the world for 2 guests, who have free rein of the cottage. It has it's own kitchen, living room (complete with beautiful wood-burning stove and sofabed), conservatory and garden. There are beautiful walks and places to visit nearby, or you can relax by the fire with a drink and a good book and just enjoy the ambiance that surrounds you.

The space
Coveyheugh Lodge was renovated in the 90s and has been lovingly done so with use of reclaimed wood and the original fireplaces. It is set in the grounds of of Coveyheugh House, with its own private garden, conservatory and woodland walks down to the riverside (be careful, they're slippy!).

It is well situated for exploration into the Scottish Borders, East Lothian and Northumberland, to experience the local lifestyle, with surfing and watersports at nearby St Abbs or Coldingham Bay, enjoying local cuisine at the local traditional Scottish pubs, or rambling through the beautiful countryside in and around Reston.

The Lodge has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with WC, sink and shower, a living room with woodburning stove and sofabed for an additional 2 guests, a kitchen/dining area, a small boot room area and a conservatory seating area, with a private back garden with table and chairs all for your personal use.

Towels and linen included for the duration of your stay and there is a hairdryer available for you also.
