Our holiday home Erve Meijerink in Haarle is a modern, atmospheric and spacious holiday home for 2 to 6 people. The entire home has fast WIFI. The home is very spacious and has several seats to relax. From the living room you can look out over the surrounding meadows, where the cows graze in summer.

The space
The house has all the comforts and has complete privacy due to the large garden and the surrounding meadows.
Downstairs, the house consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, (parent) bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, laundry room + freezer. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms (one with adjoining bathroom) where a total of 4 people can sleep.
The outdoor space consists of a private garden with terrace and several seating areas overlooking the meadows where you can enjoy nature in complete privacy and relax.

Facilities:
The house has an open kitchen with microwave, oven, hob (induction), fridge, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso cups), kettle, toasted sandwich maker. Of course, crockery and kitchen utensils are available. In the kitchen is a high table with 4 comfortable stools, where you can enjoy breakfast or play games overlooking the garden.
The spacious living room has a large dining table with 6 chairs and various seating areas. There is a nice reading corner, you can relax in front of the wood stove where a basket of wood is ready (extra wood available at €10 per basket), or watch TV (or film) in the TV corner or relax in a lovely lounger.
Also there is a toy chest with all kinds of family games.
The (parent)bedroom has a double bed (box spring 160x200), fitted wardrobe with hanging and laying areas. A baby cot can be added upon request.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub, spacious walk-in shower with seating area and a bathroom furniture with two taps.
There is also a laundry room in which there is a washing machine (detergent present), tumble dryer, freezer, iron/iron and a first-aid kit.

On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed (box spring 160x200) and a single bed in this room is also access to a second bathroom(small) with shower, washbasin and toilet. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together. At the top of the stairs, there's a children's fence.

Outside in the large garden there are various seats (also under the canopy) and a BBQ can be used. In the barn there is a football and table tennis table and there is a dartboard.

The farmhouse is a 5-minute walk from the cosy village of Haarle, at the foot of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. From the house you are already walking or cycling fast in the beautiful nature reserve with extensive heath fields and forests. For nature lovers, this house is an ideal base to get to know the area better. There are plenty of fun excursions to do with children. For example, you can go to the Holterberg, where there is a nature and information centre that is very popular with children. The museum includes the Forest of Daantje Das, where children can enjoy themselves in nature. By car you can drive in 10 minutes to the famous Hellendoorn amusement park. Nearby are several cozy villages and towns like Nijverdal, Hellendoorn, Holten, Raalte, Deventer, Zutphen and Zwolle, which are well worth a visit. Looking for more sporting challenges? Nearby there are several routes for mountain biking, racing bikes and running.

You can bring your own bikes or use the bike rental facilities in the village for regular bikes or mountain bikes. The bikes can be easily stored on the own premises (part of the barn is available).

During your stay

The holiday home is located on the grounds of our old farmhouse and has its own private entrance and private garden. We consider the privacy of our guests to be very important and therefore everything is well separated from each other.
At the front is the private parking.
You can bring your own bikes or make use of the bike rental facilities in the village for ordinary bikes or mountain bikes. The bicycles can easily be parked on site (part of the shed is available).

Smoking in the house is not allowed. There is, however, a hood outside where smoking can be done.
Unfortunately, we're unable to admit pets.

Things to look out
for: On arrival, the beds are made up and towels and kitchen towels are ready.
Tourist tax is 1.18 euros per person per night and is included in the price.
