Our "Haus Lappland" is located in northern of Sweden, about 100km south of the Arctic Circle. It's a typical Swedish house, located directly on the lake of Abborrträsk.

There you have the feeling to be on its own, but is still in the village with neighbors.

The 150 qm home with 2100 square meters of land and individually standing double garage has 2 floors and a basement.
The ground floor is divided into entrance hall, guest toilet, kitchen and living room with a sleeping couch and air conditioning.
Upstairs are a double bedroom and another bedroom with
2 single beds (fresh renovated) and a small gallery.

In the souterrain is the modern bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and vanity is (fresh renovated), as well as a generous rooms and utility rooms.

On the spacious, covered veranda you can be enchanted by the silence and the nature of Lapland.

In winter, unique auroras are almost guaranteed.

Our house is a Non smoking house and equipped for self catering.

Hier ist das richtige Feriendomizil für Sie. Unser Haus Lappland liegt in Nordschweden, ca. 100km südlich des Polarkreises. Es ist ein typisch schwedisches Haus und befindet sich direkt am See des ruhigen Ortes Abborrträsk. Dort hat man das Gefühl für sich allein zu sein, aber befindet sich trotzdem in einer Ortschaft mit Nachbarn.
Das 150 qm große Haus mit 2100 qm Grundstück und einzeln stehender Doppelgarage verfügt über zwei Etagen und ein Souterrain. Das Erdgeschoss ist aufgeteilt in Flur, Gäste-WC, Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Klimaanlage. Im Obergeschoss sind ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (neu renoviert) sowie eine kleine Galerie. Im Souterrain ist ein modernes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, WC und Waschtisch (neu renoviert), sowie ein großzügiger Vorraum und Hauswirtschaftsräume.

Auf der großzügigen, überdachten Veranda können Sie sich von der Stille und der Natur Lapplands verzaubern lassen. Im Winter sind einzigartige Polarlichter fast garantiert.

Das Haus ist ein Nichtraucher-Haus und für Selbstverpflegung ausgestattet.

Abborrträsk offers a small food shop with a petrol station, a summer swimming pool, minigolf course and an entertainment stage, auto repair shop and a community house.

In 15 minutes you are in the nearest city Arvidsjaur where you will find more shopping and cultural activities, as well as a church, train station and the historic Lappstaden (old Sami village).

Fishing or even ice fishing in the winter you can go directly on the lake behind our house. Fishing licenses are available at the store of Abborrträsk.

In the summertime, you can discover the area around by foot or by quad. Enjoy a tour in the Old Forest of Lapland.

The region around Arvidsjaur has 4000 lakes.

Angeln oder auch im Winter Eisangeln können Sie direkt am See hinter dem Haus oder in einen der umliegenden 365 Seen. Eine Angelkarte erhalten Sie im Shop von Abborrträsk.

For an extra charge we also offer a Arrival- and Departure service to and from Arvidsjaur Airport, which is 20 minutes away.
At the airport and in Arvidsjaur, you have the possibility to rent a car.
