This Little Big House is a cozy 400sqf house that can accommodate a couple lavishly or up 4to6 guests comfortably.There is a Loft hovering over the one-bedroom lined with plush carpeting ready for you to set up your bedding for a slumber sleep. The Loft is accessed through the kitchen via a drop-down ceiling ladder. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped, it flows into the living room which has a built-in study nook perfect for finishing up paperwork if needed. Yes,all that in this TinyHouse.

Downtown Del Rio is an up and coming place for tourism. For now it seems to be a slumber peaceful town with fun festival events every now and then( see City of Del Rio scheduled for events). And as for your safety. I've never had any problems here, everyone in town seems to be down to earth, honest type of people. The Best place I've ever lived.

Downtown Del Rio has great Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance.The Court House is 3 blocks away and H.E.B. (GroceryStore) is just across the street from that.
