Welcome to a spacious and cozy 1-bedroom apartment. You will enjoy the open floor plan where friends and family can join around the granite island and in the living room with a comfy couch and loveseat in front of the gas fireplace. The apt is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for small loads of laundry. To make life easier there are two off-street parking spots.

You can enjoy drinks and meals al fresco on the deck, take a relaxing dip in the private 2-person hot tub, and wind down the night by the fire pit. The fenced in yard is secure if your dog is traveling with you. You also have access to the outside gas grill.

I love animals, traveling, swimming, biking, running, kayaking, skiing, scuba diving - diving for oysters, etc. My wife and I enjoyed being in Germany for a year for work and exploring Europe. I grew up on a farm in Lancaster County, but have been a city girl for 20+ years and counting. I really love Lancaster City and all that it has to offer.
