Three things we are working on.

The house is on a small hill. We can't control the weather and if the road gets icy a 2wd vehicle could struggle to get to the house.

Nauvoo has very few options for internet. We have purchased the largest plan with 150 meg. It renews each month but when used up it defaults to a slow speed. We have a second unlimited internet as well 40 meg up 10 down.
They both have the same name, one is capitalized. And they both have the same name.
