Located in Estate Concordia overlooking John’s Folly & the BVI's. Short drive to Salt Pond, walking also possible (keep in mind the heat and hills).

Large deck can be utilized to gaze out over the Caribbean sea. Sunrise is breathtaking. Daily breeze keeps new air circulating. Hermit crabs and sugar birds right outside your front door.

Spacious upstairs of home (with a small managers unit downstairs). Open kitchen and dining area, with a spacious living room & gorgeous reading room overlooking John's Folly Bay. One bedroom with king bed and attached bath. Access to deck from master bath.

This space is actively being rejuvenated after the damage caused by the 2017 devastating hurricanes. There are quirks. There are outlets that do not work and switches that do not turn on anything. If you are patient and enjoy simple pleasures, this space is perfect for you! It has everything you need to enjoy a vacation-a full kitchen, a cozy bed, an amazing view, fresh air & wifi (if that's your cup of tea). There's even an outdoor shower, perfect for a refreshing late afternoon, post-beach rinse.
