A hidden gem, right in the heart of Historic Railroad, Pennsylvania. Newly restored from ground up, The Creek House is situated on the Northern Central Railway Trail - perfect for hiking or cycling. With the occasional passing of the Northern Central Railway tourist train, guests have the opportunity to wave to riders and experience life of a different era and pace. A perfect getaway for family and friends with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a cozy living room and a kitchen with creek views.

The space
The Creek House is an entertainers paradise with new GE Café appliances, including a dual fuel 36" range. Dine in the kitchen or alfresco on the expansive back deck, overlooking two creeks. Open the french doors to lead back into the living room, a cozy space with a hidden pop-up Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. On the second floor, you'll find the Main Bedroom with a queen bed and dresser and views to both creeks. Open a window and enjoy nature's sound machine! The Guest Bedroom contains two double beds and vintage theatre seats. The single bathroom contains a double sink, shower and separate soaking tub. Where you’ll be

Railroad, Pennsylvania, United States

Railroad is a quaint town with one restaurant that is within walking distance - Captain Bob's Crab Shack. Bring your bike and ride one mile south to enjoy the neighboring town of New Freedom - our favorites are the Rail Trail Café, Bonkey's Ice Cream and Seven Restaurant. This is where the Northern Central Railway train embarks (check their current schedule, tickets must be purchased in advance). Or head in the opposite direction, three miles north and you'll find the historic town of Glen Rock. Enjoy dining at the Glen Rock Mill Inn, a personal favorite. Between all of these Trail Towns, there is a lot of history to uncover!
