The space
In the heart of the Jura lakes region, discover the relaxing charm of Mairoline. Located 500m from Lake Vouglans in Maisod village, our cottage for 4-5 people will seduce you with its warm woody atmosphere. Composed of two bedrooms with a double bed each; a living room with sofa and flat screen TV; a kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven ; a bathroom with shower, hair dryer; separate toilets and a private wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue ; the Mairoline welcomes you all year round for stays with family, friends or in the professional setting. Umbrella bed and high chair will be available to accommodate younger children. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron will accompany you during your stay.
Ideally located 1km from the beach and the port of Mercantine or a few hundred meters from wild beaches, you can enjoy the water activities offered such as paddle boarding, pedal boating, canoeing, boat rental without a license, fishing, or simply swimming and the lazy side of Lake Vouglans.
A more sporty temper? The Jura is one of the best playgrounds for walks and hikes. Whether cycling, walking, horseback riding, snowshoeing or ski touring in the winter, the landscapes of our region offer magnificent views of the many lakes, rivers, waterfalls, remote and Jura massifs.
20 minutes from the first Nordic ski slopes or less than an hour from the downhill ski slopes of the Haut-Jura, you can enjoy classic winter disciplines or try the innovative biathlon or sleigh dog experience to admire the snowy panoramas.
The museums of the toy or the bezel, the house of waterfalls or the cow laughing, the space of the polar worlds, or visits to caves, salines, cellars of refinement and vineyards, will bring the playful side to your stay.
