Welcome to our fancy villa which guarantees you great relaxation, comfort and privacy! Enjoy rooms with versatile interior, balcony view, TV & Wi-Fi. Have fun in the living room or walk around the big garden, chill in the swimming pool or have a meal in the indoor & outdoor kitchens. The place is perfect for a coworking space, too. Solarium and a pool table are available.

The space
The villa is a duplex of 2 separate side-by-side mirror homes, on 4 levels each. Only one of the two living spaces is available for guests. The offered half can house up to 7 people in 3 double bedrooms with comfortable mattresses & balconies + 1 attic single bedroom. You also have at your disposal a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge, washing machine & dryer. If necessary, up to 4 more people can be accommodated in the other mirror home – there’s a connecting door inside the villa. The extra rooms are a double bedroom with balcony & an attic double bedroom. Indulge in a large baroque-style bathroom in gold & white and 2 smaller extra bathrooms (1 shared + 1 in the double attic room). Air conditioning & central heating in the rooms. In the garden: swimming pool, kitchen & dining area with 2 types of barbecue, sanitary building (shower, WC, changing room), benches and a beautiful garden pond. Note that ceilings in the attic rooms are sloped (see photos).

Where you’ll be

Preselka, Shumen, Bulgaria

Preselka is a common Bulgarian village – a calm place, where you can enjoy your privacy, undisturbed by noisy people and surroundings. Still, if you want to have a little party and be a bit louder than usual, there will be no complaints from neighbors! While Preselka is small and peaceful, it is located near the historical places of Pliska, Preslav and Madara – all great opportunities for sightseeing. The village is about 15 km away from the nearest town of Novi Pazar, 40 km from Shumen and 65 km from Varna.

Mountains and cities attract me equally. I like to feel home wherever I go, so as a host I try to do the very same for my guests.

An ex IT specialist, I currently run a small brand for watch-like accessories (Часовници СЕГА) reminding people to live here & now, because the present moment is the only one we truly have.

I also love photography and all thing visual, so I'm in charge for shooting a weekly park run in Varna, called 5kmrun.

Beside these activities and being an airbnb host, I like reading and writing. While mostly interested in applied psychology and eastern teachings on mindfulness/awareness, I recently started an online blog (Разпилени Думи) where I share my poetry.

During your stay

There will be a dedicated person at the villa (a nice lady living in the separate half) available 24/7 to help you with anything you might need during your stay, including transportation. Late check-in is okay, too. Dining options: you can cook your own lunch & dinner or visit the inexpensive restaurants in the town. Delivery of restaurant catering is possible as well (must be arranged in advance). If requested, we can organize appointments for hairstyle & barber services, manicures, pedicures and massages in the nearest town.

Enjoy a variety of activities during the time of your stay! Taste our homemade jam, compote and rakia or our homegrown bio produce according to the season, including lots of fruit trees and greens in the summer. Why not even try hobby gardening with us – learn how to grow various vegetables at our organic garden! You can also catch your own fish from the nearby dams or try the nature trails & bike trips.
