Guesthouse with exclusive entrance on family property, with bedroom, equipped kitchen and bathroom (separate from the bedroom) for 3 people. there is also a swimming pool and a garden shared with the hosts. Great location, just a few minutes walking from the beach, beach clubs, shopping area (Jurerê Open Shopping) and sports club (JUSC). In a relaxed and safe street, it is a great place to relax.

Ps.: We do not accept pets, as there are cats on the property.

The space
We are in a great location, just 8 minutes walk from the beach, 9 minutes from the commercial area (Jurerê Open Shopping) and 6 minutes from the sports center (JUSC). It is a safe and quiet place where you can relax by the pool and in the garden, enjoy the beach and also party on one of the most desired beaches in Brazil.

PS: The pool and garden are common areas with the hosts.

Where you’ll be

The Jurerê beach is ideal for children and people who do not know how to swim, as it is usually a calm sea with no big waves. The neighborhood is best known for its beach clubs with their parties and shows throughout the summer, but at the same time it is a family neighborhood with events for all ages and Jurerê Open Shopping, a commercial area with activities for children, restaurant, food trucks, cafes and shops. The neighborhood itself is complete with gyms, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and bakeries.
On the cultural side of the island, through Jurerê there is access to Praia do Forte, a beach where there is a fort from the colonial era. You can go walking, but you have to be well prepared physically, as the fort is at the top of the hill, or by car and park in the parking lot next to the fort and walk to the entrance.
