This cosy 2.5 bedroom apartment is located one stop away from Stockholm's inner city and right next to Tele2 Arena and Globen. This apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with 3 beds and a sofa bed. There are two separate bedrooms, a small sleeping space, a spacious living room, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and coffee maker.

The space
The flat is 67 SQM, located on the ground floor and have a private grass patio to use and enjoy. Despite being situated on the ground level, the apartment is bright and cosy. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway with storage, two separate bedrooms with a double bed (160 and 140 cm wide), a living room with a bed sofa, and a small sleeping space with a smaller bed (90cm wide) that makes it a perfect stay for either a family or a group of friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a little private grass patio adjacent to the living room which is yours to use to unwind between exploring the city. The highway to Södermalm is close to the apartment so there might be noise during the busy hours.

In Södermalm/Johanneshov you live with the best of two worlds; only 1 stop with the subway to Skanstull and the metropolis pulse while still having the wonderful green and lush scenery around the corner. The Globe and Tele2 Arena are both within walking distance of the apartment.

There are all necessary services around the corner such as grocery stores, smaller service shops and restaurants.

For the outdoor enthusiast there is the Nacka Reserve with its unique hiking and outdoor areas. The reserve includes, among other things, Söderbysjön's bathing area, Hellasgården, running and ski tracks and mountain biking trails. Also nearby is the golf course and outdoor gym for the sporty and in wintertime, Hammarbybacken offers downhill skiing with a magnificent view of the whole of Stockholm.

If you want to shop, Globen shopping mall is close with its wide range of restaurants and shops. Ringen's shopping center in Södermalm is also one stop away with the metro. More restaurants and a myriad of fun activities are offered at Tolv Stockholm in the Tele2 Arena. Here you can challenge friends and family in adventure golf, karaoke or bowling, just to take a few examples. For those interested in sports and events, the Globe, Hovet and Tele2 Arena are within comfortable distance.
