Niyatifarms is a timber farm experience located near to Sanjan, Umbergaon and Vapi City. The farm house has all modern basic amenities and surrounded by exotic trees. Learn agriculture basics. Relax in a serene surrounding of trees. This is an agricultural timber farm of 5 acres in a village. Crisp, pollution free air is the key takeaway. Full time caretaker stays in separate accommodation on the farm. The beautiful Umbergoan/ Nargol beach is closeby. Languages - English, Marathi and Gujarathi.

The space
A farm stay experience in a quaint village is a surreal experience one will never forget. Enjoy 360 degrees of green cover as if in a jungle though in the midst of civilisation and cities closeby. Sleep on the large balconies or on the terrace while star gazing. Cook for yourselves in our modern kitchen or outdoor wood fired pizza oven cum barbeque. It is a ground + 2 floor structure with french glass windows (no elevator). Elderly can sleep in master bedroom in the ground floor or in the living room which can easily accommodate all the 16 guests. Additional guests, drivers, cooks or helpers (in addition to upto 16 persons that can be booked) are permitted. Aggregate guests can be stretched up to 40 persons but have to be informed in advance to arrange for beddings and are chargeable directly at the farm at Rs. 500 per person per night (minimum 2 nights).

The road all the way to farm house is well maintained tar road. The entire farm house is covered with tall trees giving complete exclusivity to the place with a feeling of being in a very sparsely populated place. If there is a large group, you can cook yourselves or request for tiffin service for all three meals or go to multiple restaurants around Sanjan railway station (2km), Umbergaon railway (8km) or Vapi railway station (20 km) which are close by. Enjoy the agricultural life of a village which is remote and traditional in its cultural ways, but in midst of close by urban areas which is changing the lifestyles completely for the new generation.
