Unique space with shared entrance. Situated in the residential neighborhood of Borhanci, with a parking spot in front of the building. 3 bus lines to city center at the end of the street, or 30 minutes walking. Several stores nearby, within walking distance. It has a terrace from where you can see the nearby village and orchards, while enjoying your coffee

Other things to note
There is a shared entrance and hallway, but i am the only one on the other side. Also, i own a cat, but he will not bother you.
