Within town limits with views of the country! This one bedroom basement apartment with one double bed, flip down single sofa bed, private bathroom is suitable for 1-3 people, no children under the age of 2. The kitchen is well equipped. A welcome package of granola bars, instant oatmeal & popcorn awaits. Coffee & tea are available. The laundry room off the bedroom is available exclusively for guests! The apartment is part of our private home but is separate & secure & has its own secure WIFI.

Bright apartment with high ceilings and a touch of both modern and antique! Enjoy the use of the open kitchen, watch some DVD's, read a book or magazine, work at the dining room table or small desk in the bedroom! The apartment is well insulated and away from our upstairs living space!

The Sackville Waterfowl Park Entrance is about 2.5 kilometres from our neighborhood and the downtown has unique shopping, delicious dining options and coffee shops! It is also a short drive to access the Trans-Canada and the Great Trail (for those avid walkers/cross-country skiers)!
