The centrally located abode is nestled between the Bargara Golf Course, beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants of Bargara. A sandy beach only meters away and a winding, oceanfront, walking and cycling footpath passing by. It allows car-free access to the patrolled surf beaches of Kelly's Beach to the south and Neilson's Park to the North. This beach lifestyle inspired townhouse includes free high-speed NBN Wi-Fi and Netflix to the Smart-TV equipped upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living space. Both bedrooms and the living area are fully air-conditioned. The rear of the residence has a private, Asian inspired, tropical garden with outdoor dining and a green lawn area to relax after a day at the beach before the sun goes down. This abode offers a private sanctuary with the central locality to everything great that Bargara has on offer.

The space
This coastal-inspired double-story beach-adjacent villa boasts multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces. Enter through the gate into the large enclosed forecourt, featuring a daybed, perfect for an afternoon nap, plus ample storage space for your bikes, golf clubs and beach gear.

You can continue through to the downstairs open-plan living area which comes with an air conditioner and ceiling fan. The lounge boasts a large HD Smart-TV connected to Netflix opposite the couch & coffee table. The 6-seat dining table is adjacent to the full-size kitchen which features a Dishwasher, Island Bench, Cookware, Electric Oven & Stove.

Located at the rear is the luscious tropical garden and alfresco entertaining area, which can be accessed through either the laundry or garage. The end of the extended garage also functions as a 2nd lounge with an additional guest toilet and shower.

Both bedrooms are located up the lounge stairs and come equipped with an airconditioner, Smart TV and a private ensuite. The Queen bedroom comes equipped with a Queen bed, while the Master bedroom comes with a King bed that can be reconfigured to 2x King-Single beds upon request, as well as a large ocean view deck that can be privately accessed off the main bedroom through a sliding glass door or via an additional internal staircase from the forecourt. Open the privacy shutters and enjoy all the visual beauty of this wonderful seaside village on the lounge set.

The Ocean with sandy beaches on one side, 18-hole golf course on the other this cosy unit is nestled in a cul-de-sac only a short walk from the popular Bargara Esplanade. A short walk away is a range of cafes, restaurants and shops right across from the Turtle park, known for it's ocean views, award winning playground facilities and BBQ facilities and easy access to Bargara beaches. Heading the other direction from the listing will take you towards Kelly's beach, another one of the areas excellent beachside parks. Turtles lay on the beach near the house from October until January and hatchlings are from January to March. Whale watching season July to September. Stunning areas to reef snorkel within a short stroll.
