A big tiny house above Lake Rabun that captures both mountains and water. Secluded in the woods at the end of a lane, it is a modern interpretation of an old hunting cabin with boundless room for nature lovers.
It is a comfortable home for healthful recreation and the replenishment of the mind and body, and a wonderful place to unplug.

The space
This tranquil spot offers porches galore with the constant sound of water. There are several small waterfalls on the property that accentuate the sounds of nature.
The entrance porch offers a boot hutch, oak swing, outdoor shower and shaving sink.
A screened porch with room for eating and lounging conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. A treetop screened porch with a table for morning coffee opening from the bedroom. An outdoor locust deck with sink, grill, secured garbage, iron and oak picnic table. Also features a fire pit for cool evenings.

We are situated in the northeast corner of Georgia in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This area is known for its rhododendrons, mountain laurels and diversity of trees. Lake Rabun is one of a chain of five lakes nearby, with Hall's Marina a walkable 1/2 mile from the cabin. There is also a variety of hiking trails, including Tallulah Gorge, Minehaha Falls trail, Angel Falls trail. There is the nostalgic Town of Lakemont and Clayton offering shopping, and food.
