On Moonlight Ridge is an enchanting newly renovated chalet on the top of a mountain with phenomenal views overlooking the Delaware River. Ideally laid out this inviting open plan home has everything you'll need! The large master bedroom includes an en suite bath with a sauna.
Enjoy evenings grilling outside on the deck, relaxing around the fireplace, or rustle up a meal in the new kitchen.

The chalet is located in the Masthope Mountain Ski community. See “Location” section for more details.

The space
On Moonlight Ridge is ideal for a couple or a couple with a small child.

The master bedroom has a balcony, cathedral ceilings an en suite bath with a sauna and a washer dryer. The central a/c and heating keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

The second bedroom is privately located downstairs next to its own bath downstairs and is across from the den/TV room (which has a 52" TV).

The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan and face the spectacular views of the river framed by a reclaimed barn wood wall.
One last thing, there are many breakable items in the chalet. Please take that into consideration. I am happy to consider allowing a dog on a case by case basis. And although there are two bedrooms, I limit occupancy periodically.

There is a security camera in the front drive.

Originally from Canada, I was raised in several countries before making NYC my home. After studying art and interior design in the US and UK, I spent a several years as a ceramic artist showing primarily in galleries and museum shops.
Years ago, I found, fell in love with and restored an old historic horse and carriage barn in the Catskills. The process throughly captivated me and I started restoring one pre-war property after another in the city.
Fortuitously, as I was considering a new project or adventure outside the NYC, I returned to the mountains. Being in the country for extended periods, I again felt the yearning to have a home there. Driving through the winding, majestic mountain roads, along the rivers and streams and hiking through the woods, I was once more captivated by the drama of the scenery, the thrill of the rapids and waterfalls, the picturesque towns, the farmer's markets, the music and art festivals, the talented craftspeople and a thriving artistic community. When I saw Bella Red Farm it captured my heart: a picture perfect red farmhouse: peaceful, idyllic surrounded by tall pine trees, nestled in a carpeted of ferns, on the top of a hill with lovely views, a small stream and no other houses in sight. Magical.
I've always have been intrigued by the unusual, eccentric or historic in a property. Character in a home, for me, is always compelling and when I don't find exactly the atmosphere I imagine, I create it.
Besides my interest in renovating homes, ceramic art is my passion. I'm happiest with a ball of clay in my hands and that world of myriad possibilities. My studio is on Long Island and I still have an apartment in the city.
