This secluded Cottage invites writers, artists and families to decompress from urban stress, with a spacious great room, writing desks, and views into the forest from many windows. Sunshine pours in, warming the space, while fans throughout allow guests to adjust ventilation to their comfort zone. Fast wifi allows streaming, and a cell signal booster (Verizon) provides phone service. Also equipped with kitchen appliances, TV/DVD player, & washer/dryer. With 2 bdrms, 3 sofa-beds & 1 1/2 baths.

The space
The Cottage is both spacious and cozy, with a roomy kitchen/dining/living area that offers views into a wildlife corridor. One may see fox, deer, javalina, coyote, and many species of birds. Enjoy the outdoors via walks along the nearby Percha Creek, trails into the Gila National Forest, and/or relax at the picnic tree in the dappled shade.

Inside, floors and ceilings are attractively tiled, accented with rugs. Shelves are stocked with a variety of books, and each room offers ample lights for reading. Also, you'll find a collection of DVDs, or bring your own. The WiFi signal is good for streaming
