Our self-designed and newly built (2019) country bungalow is located 15 minutes drive from Maastricht, where you can enjoy a Burgundian day out. The tourist Valkenburg is only a 20 minute walk away where you can enjoy the many terraces and famous caves. Located in the village of Sibbe, in the middle of the Limburg hills, where peace, relaxation, recreation and sporting activities are abundant. From the house, you walk between fields and forests into the Limburg hills. Various hiking and cycling trails run in the immediate vicinity of the bungalow. The Limburg hilly landscape is also ideal for a nice ride on a racing bike, city bike or mountain bike.

The bungalow is focused on comfort but with fun, quirky details and a playful layout.
4 persons max (+ possibly a baby).
The space
The bungalow is located in the backyard of our own house, but you have sufficient privacy and a private garden with terrace. We live in the main building with our 2 sons (7 and 12 years old) and our 2 friendly husky dogs.
The entrance to the bungalow can be reached via a separate gravel road through the back of the house.
After the gravel road, you enter the path that leads to the bungalow, where you will also find the private parking area where you can safely park your car, motorcycle and/or bicycles.
You enter the bungalow through your own south facing garden. The private garden has garden furniture, gas barbecue and sun beds. Wake up and look out over our own meadow where our sheep and goats graze. The children are welcome to help them feed :)
The bungalow is quietly located. There are trees, plants and hedges that surround the bungalow and give you privacy.
The 72 m2 bungalow has a creative open space. Upon entering you enter the large open and light living space. There are big windows to let the light, the sun and the view inside. The living room consists of a comfortable corner sofa with ample room for a family to relax on. Also there is a smart TV where you can enjoy Netflix, Videoland and the normal television channels. Free high-speed WiFi is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of a 2-burner hob, fridge and combi oven/microwave. There is also a Senseo coffee machine and kettle. The 4-seater dining table is in the middle of the studio.
Behind the bungalow you will find the double bed (bed size 160 x 200) and the bunk bed (2x 90 x 200). There is a room divider between the double bed and the bunk bed.
Next to the kitchen there is a separate bathroom with toilet and comfortable shower.
There is an air conditioning unit that can also heat the bungalow in the colder months.
No washer/dryer, but in case of an accident, we definitely want to help you with a wash.
We provide bedding and towels.
If the baby comes with you, please remember that you bring your own baby cot, there is no baby cot available.
Guest access.
You have your own secluded spot on our property but you may encounter our relatives in the large garden, including our friendly husky dogs.

The touristic town of Valkenburg is only a 20-minute walk away where you can enjoy the many terraces and explore famous caves. Located in the village of Sibbe, in the heart of the Limburg hillsides where people come to relax, unwind and enjoy the sportive and recreational highlights the south has to offer. From the house you walk between fields and forests straight into the Limburg hills. Numerous walking and cycling routes are in the immediate vicinity of the studio. The Limburg hills are also ideal for a nice tour on the racing bike, city bike or mountain bike.

Suitable for a maximum of 4 guests (+ possibly baby / toddler up to 12 months).
The space
The studio is located in the back garden of our own house, yet offers enough privacy and its own outside terrace. We live in the main house with our two sons (7 and 12 years of age) and our two friendly husky dogs.
Entrance to the studio is via a separate gravel road located to the rear of the main house.
Following on from the parking area, you enter the path that leads to the studio, where you also find the private parking space where you can park your car, motorbike and/or bicycles securely.
You will access the studio via your own patio facing the south. Your private patio is equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs a gas-BBQ and two sun-loungers. Wake up and look over our own meadow where you can find our own sheep and goats grazing. Your kids are very welcome to help feeding them
The studio is thoughtfully placed off the main road, designed and built around a small private garden. There are trees, plants and hedges which surround the house which provide added privacy.

The living room area consists of a comfortable sofa with enough space for a family to relax on. There is also a smart-TV where you can enjoy Netflix, Videoland and cable TV. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of a 2-burner stove, fridge and oven/microwave. A Senseo coffee machine and kettle are also available. The dining table which easily accommodates 4 people is just a step away.
At the rear of the studio, you can find the double master bed (bed dimensions 160 x 200 cm) and the bunk bed (2x 90 x 200 cm). A room divider separates the double bed and bunk bed. If you bring your baby please take note we do not have a baby bed nor high-chair available.
Next to the kitchen is a separate showerroom with a toilet.
An aircon unit is present which also heats the studio in the colder months.
No washer / dryer, but in case of emergency we are willing to help you out to wash your favorite shirt!
We will provide bedding and towels for you.
Access for booked guests
You have your own secluded patio adjacent to our garden but it can happen that you run across our family members in the main garden, including our friendly dogs.
