Our unique villa is located on a hill, surrounded by pine forest and facing the Archipelago sea. It stands on a large territory with own parking, providing total privacy for the guests, and at the same time in 5 minutes walk there’s plenty of activities to choose from: rental of boats, kayaks, SUPs, and bicycles; frisbee golf, forest trails, and our famous Observation tower from where you can admire amazing scenery of the surrounding nature.

Inside the villa there is everything you need for a completely relaxing experience, including a private sauna for warming up on cool autumn evenings and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking any kind of your favorite weekend meals.

Up to 6 people can comfortably sleep in the villa.

A large outdoor terrace makes a great place for both exercising in the fresh air in the morning and having dinner ourdoors, enjoying the sea view and wrapping up in warm blankets.
