Ocean Experience occupies the entire ground floor with own private decking and mountain garden. This is a unique ocean experience. Hear the waves break and the sun glistening off the ocean. The newly installed kitchen and furniture are waiting to welcome you. Note one room Kingsize bed other room is bunk with single on top and double on bottom. Housekeeping service available. 100% cotton sheets and blackout curtain.

The best beach to swim and relax in Cape Town. The water is warm and beach sheltered. The house is near to the famous Cape penguin colony and also the only place in SA (barring a shopping centre) which has a café style street scene with an eclectic mix of shops and restaurant. It was ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the worlds 12 coolest places: Kalk Bay. If you want shopping centres there is one close by (5 minute drive) and also the V&A waterfront/business district is approx. 35 minute drive. Plenty of nature reserves and scenic areas in the vicinity.
