Cozy apartment with a privileged location 4 blocks from Boa Viagem beach. Composed apartment for 2 bedrooms (1 suite), living room, equipped kitchen and private balcony. Capacity for up to 6 people, with parking space, swimming pool (limited use due to the pandemic), wifi and TV. Close to the airport, restaurants, bars, parks and various sights. Our apartment is a very welcoming environment, well lit and with good ventilation. The apartment consists of living room, equipped kitchen, laundry, balcony and 2 bedrooms, being a suite with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The double room is equipped with air conditioning and the other has air circulator. We have one TV in every room and one in the living room. We have wi-fi internet.

Situated 500 m from Boa Viagem beach, our condominium has 24-hour concierge, garage and leisure area with swimming pool. Due to the pandemic, the pool is temporarily restricted to residents.

In addition to a great location, we have a lot of experience in welcoming people. We have welcomed people from various parts of the world and made great friends.
