Elegant tall windows are graced with curtains that puddle on the rich maple floors & allow views of the courthouse and hidden ghost wall advertising from days long past across the street. Exposed brick and plaster the apartment give a sense of warmth and character & create a living history of the building. Fire damage from the past can still be seen on the plaster in the bedroom.

Hi! Thanks for taking a look at my apartments. I opened the Roxy in October 2019. It's been a labor of love. A recycler and lover of old buildings, I tried to keep all the original features like woodwork and flooring and recycle pieces to make these apartments upscale and comfortable for tenants and guest.
