The space
The furniture and design are to give you the feeling of warm and comfort as you are at home. In addition, the furniture in the apartment is very full and convenient, making you it easy to use as well as search in the apartment. The 2th floor apartment have a view overlooking the back of the building and will be very cool because it is on the high floors.

The apartment has cozy space with an average size of about 45m2. The apartment was designed by Ms.Dung, a talented woman who specializes in designing apartments for many large buildings in Hanoi with a modern architecture combined with a bit of classic look, and will definitely make you feel warm and comfortable. Of course, I want you to feel like home, so you can find almost any basic facilities in apartment ranging from a modern kitchen equipped with exhaust hood, a dry and clean bathroom with lovely decoration, etc. Also fully utilise the available space to combine together a bedroom and living room, furnished with soft sofa.

When renting my apartment you will feel like you are in a large hotel because I equip my apartment with 19-liter Lavie water bottles. Tea and coffee are available on the table or in the kitchen cupboard. Paper towels are always placed on the dining table and there are the best towels , face towels in the bathroom for you. In addition, I have a team to clean rooms for guests on request.

There are many restaurant and shopping around the building. Near the building next to Thien Quang lake is a coffee shop that can see the panorama to the lake when you are on the floor of the coffee shop. Especially around the building you can easily find a European restaurant or Vietnamese restaurant. There is a large park near the building called Thong Nhat Park, just 10 minutes from the building to the park, in the morning you can breathe fresh air and have many playgrounds in that area.
