Tucked away down an idyllic country lane, Sea Spray is the perfect place to enjoy a luxury break in a beautiful location that combines the best of coast and countryside in the picturesque New Forest. Ideal for exploring the NF and its shores on foot or by bicycle, Sea Spray is perfect for couples or small families who can share the bedroom, complete with cosy bunks under the eaves.
The cafes and pubs of Beaulieu and the Georgian market town of Lymington are just a short drive away.
The space
Moments away from a beach known for its natural beauty, Sea Spray is a stand alone guest suite that will be all yours! It has its own private entrance, across the lawn from our house. On the ground floor, there is a breakfast room with basic facilities, including microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge and Nexpresso machine. It is an ideal spot to enjoy the sunrise. The table seats four. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, cereal and milk. There is no hob or oven, but there are several very good takeaways (curry, Thai, fish and chips, pizza) in Lymington if you want to stay in, or you can explore the numerous New Forest pubs and restaurants. For breakfast, Steff's Kitchen in Beaulieu cannot be beaten! Every Saturday there is a fantastic market in Lymington, with fabulous local produce and endless stalls of presents or souvenirs.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor, with a loo, butler’s sink and shower over the bath.
The bedroom is situated on the first floor, with a lovely, comfy king size bed, and two sleeping pods that are full sized singles. The beds are made up with beautiful, fresh cotton sheets. White Company towels and fluffy towelling robes are provided.
There is a smart TV in the bedroom so you can sign in to Netflix or Amazon Prime.
Travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request, but please be aware there are stairs. An infant classifies as a small child/babe in arms that sleeps in a travel cot, any child who sleeps in one of the pods is classified as a child. Please make sure you put the correct amount of people when you are booking.
There is a lovely small private outside dining area with wonderful views across farmland and the Solent, with the Isle of Wight in the distance. There is a table with benches and a bbq for your use. A bag of bbq fuel is provided.
Come and enjoy the massive sky and as there is very little light pollution, the star gazing is fantastic!
Free parking is on the lane, there is endless space.

Please make sure you understand before booking that this is a guest suite with its own private outside dining area, not a holiday cottage!There is no sink, hob or oven in the breakfast room.
The Guest Service Fee is an extra fee that Airbnb add for administration, on top of the percentage they take from the nightly rate. This is not set by us, and we have no control over it… it is payed to Airbnb and we don’t see a penny of it. Please bear this in mind when you are booking.
