The Floradas site is 40 kms from SP in an area of 38,000m² of very green and tranquility. A real refuge ! The 500m² house has 5 suites, one of them with a balcony and a breathtaking view. With occupancy of up to 15 people, Sitio Floradas has two lunch/dinner rooms, game room, TV room, dry sauna, fireplace, ping pong table and outdoor area with balcony, fireplace, barbecue, playground and swimming pool. We have cookery, cleaning and homemade service.

The space
Rustic and cozy space for both winter and summer. The rooms are perfect for reading, TV, work, games and we have a dry sauna inside the house. We have portable 40Mega Wifi. The house is surrounded and the pets are welcome.
The outside is incredible for leisure, due to the garden, the view of nature and the large pool/barbecue area. We offer the freshball and the ping pong table, which is mounted outdoors!
The balcony of the house is the ideal place to have breakfast or an aperitif in the afternoon on the sofa. It doesn't even look like you're this close to SP with so much green around! You'll love it!

Around the Floradas Site we have a lot of greenery and some neighbors with places too. All friends ! We are 5 miles from Vargem Grande where there is a gas station, a supermarket and a super bakery called Gold Ear. Worth a visit! For those interested in visiting the Zu Lai Temple, we are 23 km away. For adventurers, Ski Mountain Park is 28 km away. We also suggest a visit to the Haras Jaú, 6 miles away to ride a horse.
