"Vettaths" was designed as a multifunctional space, to create a community within it. There are three bedrooms each with attached bathrooms and located on various levels. There is a kitchen which can be used with its own living/ common spaces. The house is located at a cul-de-sac, surrounded by greenery. There is plenty of natural light and ventilation, space and good circulation.

Vettaths is spacious, earthy, non-fussy, clean and well organized. It features shared spaces with a pleasant atmosphere, including two kitchens. Things at Vettaths are done in an efficient, honest and spontaneous way, where community, talks and exchanges of ideas are valued. As long as you respect the house and the people in and around it, you’ll have all our knowledge resources and experience at your disposal :) It is important to note that this is not a party house, not in a way the term usually implies. That said, we invite you to take a tour of the space and the specifics!

This space was designed to make you feel at home. We are trying to encourage community living by creating a space that is comfortable, safe and interactive. Our common spaces are used as co-working spaces during the week days as well. Vettaths is constantly evolving and we are always open to new ideas/ initiatives for the space.

The neighborhood is completely residential and generally cut-off from any noise or disturbances. It is surrounded by greenery and is very peaceful. It is 800m (10 minute walk) from the Bypass (highway 66), from which restaurants, hospitals, petrol stations are easily accessible.

Hello! I’m an architect / entrepreneur based in calicut currently. Though I started off practicing as an architect I am also passionate about hospitality and look forward to hosting new travelers and sharing this space with them :)

During your stay

I will be available during most days as I also use the common co-working spaces. Before your stay it would be great if you could get in touch with me regarding queries or simply to discuss your plans, the kind of space you are looking for, so I can confirm our place fits your requirements! We want everyone to have a comfortable stay and be a part of our space :).
