The villa Asterias is surrounded by olive groves, fringed by the clear blue sea, the mountains of the Peloponnese, overlooking the picturesque Saronic island of Hydra and right on 100 meters of its own sandy beach. Villa Asterias consists of two villas, that can be rented separately or together. This one is the garden villa, which is located in the olive groves, but still only 80 meters to our own sandy beach. The open living room and kitchen is prolonged by a huge terrace.

The space
The Villa was renovated in 2020 by the actual owners together with a famous greek architect. It is and has the spirit of a very comfortable and luxurious hence beach villa with a relaxed atmosphere. Everything but the chairs, was designed by the owners and produced for the villa. You have two terraces, one to the Beach Volleyball ground (and behind that the beach) and one to the olive groves. You have a professional beachvolley ground with a floodlight to play in tghe cooler nights. The villa is fitted with original paintings of well known greek and international artists. You live in the middle of an olive grove and have the feeling of a small greek island village. In Villa Asterias we produce our own olive oil of the best quality and every host will get one bottle of Menelaos oil as a gift. The villa - especially the kitchen - is equipped with the most professional equipment. You will even find around thirty cookbooks - greek kitchen and some of the most famous chefs of the world. All three rooms are equipped with large (one 64'', 55'' and 43'') Oled TV-sets and blu ray players. There are around 100 blue rays for adults and kids and around 40 different board games - the preferred ones of the owner. Of course the villa is equipped with air condition, and heating. The mattrasses are all from the greek company cocomat only from natural material and you will sleep like in heaven. The next road - which is not very busy - is in a distance of around five hundred meters. You will stay in absolute calm and you will just hear the sea, dogs, cocks in the morning, cicadas and the laughter and music of the neighbours.
You will find Kajaks and Stand Up Paddles for your use. Of course the villa is serviced 6 days a week. Katharina will prepare the breakfast, clean the rooms and the whole villa, she will take care of everything you want to so: helping you with excursions, booking restaurants, organizing the best produces of the region meat, fish, vegetables, cheese, yoghurts, honey, wines and whatever you want. She will help you with all questions regarding the villa and the surroundings. Our aim is to provide you a wonderful time in paradise (most of the people who stayed there so far gave this name to villa Asterias :-)) from the very first moment you arrive in Greece. During your stay

Of course we will be reachable. But more important we have a team in the region which will help with everything one would like to know or to do. Katharina will service you 6 days a week full time. She will take care of everything. If you want you may even ask her - for a small extra charge - to cook some delicious greek dishes like Pastizio or Moussaka or Imam Baldi or Dolmadakia or ... And you will have access to all necessary services which will be needed.
You may separately book all kind of services: Speedboat with captain, Jet-Ski, Yoga at the beach, personal trainer, Cross fit, Professional Chef, hiking in Hydra, Horse riding, fishing with a greek fisher man, Scuba diving
You may also choose four different ways of accessing Villa Asterias:
(1) Rent a car at the airport - 3 hours drive
(2) Taxi transfer;
(3) Speedboat transfer, from Anavissos or Marina Zeas Piraeus
(4) Transfer by Heli to Amanzoe Heli pad and then 40 minutes by car.
Whatever you choose, we will organise it for you.
You may also want to book the best restaurants in the region - we will organise it for you.
You may want to book a theatre play in the ancient theatre of Epidaurus (60 Minutes drive) or in Herodes Attikus in Athens - we will take care.
If you desire to pass one, two or three days in Athens , we are happy to organise everything
If you want to stay a night or more in Hydra - we will take care.
