Featuring a cozy, private waterfront cottage in our very own "Tranquility Bay", a perfect escape to leave your worries behind! Relax & enjoy the beautiful scenery Sesekinika Lake has to offer.
We are 10 minutes from an LCBO store at the Esso Gas Station on Highway 11; 25 minutes from the town of Kirkland Lake; one hour and a half from the city of Timmins.
Some perks include: Kayaking, fishing, paddle boating and paddle boarding.
Leave the madness behind and truly enjoy the north to its fullest.

The space
Spacious and bright cottage with full bathroom, two bedrooms, open-concept kitchen & livingroom as well as laundry room. Large window facing tranquil view of the lake. Kitchen includes fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen ware. A television is provided along with 30 various DVD movies for your entertainment on a rainy day. No cable or Wifi available; therefore, creating a true peaceful relaxing experience. For the outdoors, we provide a propane fire pit with one full propane tank as well as BBQ (further tanks will be at your cost). Campfires will only be accessible on our property, down the road, at this time.
(Small amount of wood will be provided but further wood at your cost- the Esso also sells)
Swimming will be accessible on our property (jumping off our dock or small beach area, water shoes preferable). There will be a dock at this property but water not deep with rocky bottom; therefore, no jumping off dock.

Private driveway and parking on site. Guests have access to our fire pit, paddle boat, paddle boards and kayaks for a fee, on our property, a short walk away. Life jackets are also available. Private boat launch is available next door for a small fee.

The lake water is not drinkable; therefore, we will provide a big jug of water for drinking or cooking. (Advisable to bring your own bottled water if you drink a lot of water)

Other things to note
Guests will have access to kayaks, paddle boat and paddle board for a fee of $20.00 per item, per day. Firewood is available on site for a small fee. (On our property)
Due to Covid, bed sheets, blankets, pillows and towels will NOT be provided.
Dogs welcome if well trained. (To be discussed)
Children welcome at your own discretion but would need close supervision as many rocks on property and not kid friendly. (To be discussed)
Parties will not be permitted for a younger crowd as this is a quiet area.

Our neighbourhood and bay is peaceful and quiet bringing peace and serenity. If you choose more activity, you are welcome to sit at our private beach and enjoy the view of seadoos, boats and so on.
The fall brings nice hunting trails with all its bright colours.
