"Blue River Lodge" was handcrafted in the Swedish Cope log lodge design with three stories. Every detail was finely crafted using high end finishes and materials throughout. The lodge is approximately 4,480 sq ft with 5 amazing bedrooms and 4 full baths each having its own propane fireplace. Two stone fireplaces, huge kitchen, living, dining rooms and deck. With 2 floors of Wrap around deck.

The Guest Quarters offers another 1 bed / 1 bath /Kitchenette. (Upon Request additional $100 a night.)

The space
Fabulous kitchen with Viking refrigerator & stove, custom cabinets. Downstairs is a wine cellar to top off the adult amenities! You can use the bottom floor as a huge rec room downstairs for the kids to have their private fun & enjoyment.

"Blue River Lodge" location is very private and borders the Gila National Forest on three sides. A rare gem. Beautiful hiking trails, horseback riding or bring the ATVs for trail riding. Be mindful of hunters and (no riding on the property). Go bird watching or fly fishing on the Blue River and visit the swim holes and beautiful waterfalls at the Blue Range Primitive Area 15 miles South of the lodge.

Can you imagine how wonderful it would be to fish, kayak or swim on your very own private trout lake with crystal clear spring fed water? The Dry Blue River Creek feeds this 2 acre lake and then runs beyond the lake through the rest of the 24.4 acres of gorgeous land. 10 lb Brown trout lunkers have been pulled out of the lake but you won't catch these on Powerbait. Yearly stocked with trout so bring your kids out and fish.

The handsome gazebo by the trout lake even has a fireplace. Perfect for evening entertaining.

The lush valley offers a rare mix of beautiful Ponderosa Pine, Oak, Walnut, Cottonwood, Pinion and Juniper trees and hardy grasses.

Wildlife are drawn to all that the property has to offer. Whether you hunt with a camera or a gun you will see trophy elk , mule deer, coues deer, bear, lion, bobcat, waterfowl & birds. . . (Hunting/shooting is not permitted on the property. There are plenty of areas off the property and away from people to shoot.

"Blue River Lodge" offers handsome amenities for guests and horses alike. Fabulous steel & log constructed horse barn with two stalls & a tack room.

Three car garage & shop with private Guest Quarters above.

The setting within the "Blue River Lodge" will take your breath away.

Up above the lodge there is an observatory for taking in the incredible stars. This area has the last dark skies in the continental USA. You won't believe what the milky-way looks like here.

Hunters welcome. Hunt world renown AZ Game Unit 27 only ten minutes away or hike right out the back yard and hunt NM Game Unit 23 or NM Game Unit 15 twenty minutes away. Again (No hunting or shooting on the property) Thank you.
