The space
The loft / apartment is modernly equipped and is located in the heart of Langenhagen. Windows that are almost floor-to-ceiling ensure plenty of light in the apartment.
Unique in this location is the view of a beautiful green open space and an old courtyard from the west terrace.
The loft is spacious (approx. 72m2 living area) and has two roof terraces with 18m2 each. The open kitchen is connected to the living area.
The living room has an inviting, comfortable sofa corner with bed function. From the sofa you also have a nice view of the animated fireplace.
A 4K HDR TV (satellite & cable) and a music system with Dolby Atmos are available. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & Apple TV can be used. Thanks to cleverly installed lighting, you can flexibly adapt the lighting mood to your wishes.
The large cooking island is equipped with an induction hob including a hob extractor (suction downwards). A Nespresso-Coffeemaker with milk frother is available.
The cooktop extractor also filters cooking odors from the air using a industry plasma unit.
There is a oven with microwave and a full steamer available.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
In addition to a few small gimmicks and niceties such as smart heating control, decorative fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom and individual lighting, the apartment is air-conditioned and has a continuously heated whirlpool for 3 people on the terrace.
The pool temperature is constantly 36°C / 98 °F (if you wish less is possible) and invites you to relax even in winter.
The bed in the master bedroom is 160x200cm (larger queen size) including bedside tables with lighting.
A bedside table offers a hidden induction charging surface for smartphones. The room can be completely darkened with electric external shutters. The cabinets offer storage space.
You have an office and fitness room in the apartment. You can work in a relaxed manner at a desk with an ergonomic chair. A widescreen display can be used, WLAN and LAN are available in the room. The desk can be folded away to make full use of the space.
The room also has dumbbells, a weight bench, a sports/yoga mat and a resistance band.
There is also a permanently installed pull-up bar and a punching bag on one of the outdoor terraces in the apartment.
The apartment is almost completely barrier-free. You can reach the top floor with the elevator. There are no steps up to the apartment. But there are two things to know:
The shower is not at ground level and, like the roof terrace, can only be accessed via one or two steps.
Enjoy the beautiful west-facing terrace even in bad weather. This is laid out with high-quality and very beautiful Danta real wood decking and mostly covered. A gas grill is available.
Despite the central location, you have a beautiful view here. On this terrace there is also the jacuzzi and a cozy sitting area. The sunsets from here are well worth seeing.
The building in which the apartment is located is in very good condition, quiet and with its entrance area in cararra marble, it has a representative character. The beautyful marble can also be found in the apartment in the large window sills.
