The space
This is a cozy single family home with three bedrooms, one on the main floor and two upstairs. The main floor bedroom contains one queen bed. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) is home to two twin beds and bedroom 3 (upstairs) has one twin bed as well as a dedicated workspace.

The second workspace in the home is in the living room. Parking is on the private drive. Because the cottage is located in between two parks near the river, there are public boat ramps nearby. There is also plenty of parking on the drive for your boat!

With high speed internet, full kitchen, washer/dryer and location being 5-15min to the three local hospitals, this home is ideal for long term stays.

Established, quiet neighborhood in Loves Park. Mostly bungalow houses. House sets on a popular running/biking/walking route. Located in-between two local boat ramps. This is a nice location being that it's a quick trip downtown, but also to the outskirts of town. Javon Bea hospital is 15min away, but Swedish American and St. Anthony are both under 10 minutes. Sportscore is 15min away.
