This spacious and comfortable cottage is situated in the rural community of Lockwood South, 10km from the historic town of Maldon and 25km from Bendigo. The property shares 4.3 hectares of land, half of which is old Grey Box forest. The cottage and main home is surrounded by native gardens which attract a variety of birdlife. You will have access to private and shared outdoor spaces as well as a single undercover car space. Children can run free but will need to be supervised around the dam.

The space
The cottage/apartment is located in a peaceful rural setting. Resident magpies, native birds and reptiles abound. We have a dam on the property which attracts many water birds and frogs. Supervision of children around the dam is essential. You will enjoy sitting on the verandah enjoying the sunset and roaming our Grey Box forest environment.

Rob and I live in Lockwood South which is situated 10 km North of Maldon and 25 km South of Bendigo. Rob is a computer tech and programmer and I'm a semi retired teacher. We escaped suburbia to live in a more peaceful rural setting and love living here. We enjoy meeting new people and providing them with the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of our property.
