Modern 2BR 2Bath beachfront condo perfect for a vacation with close family or friends. Centrally located in Bocagrande, a quick taxi ride from the old city. You can easily walk to cafés, restaurants, shops, malls, and movie theaters from the condo. There are 3 pools in the building, including an infinity pool and a jacuzzi. The condo is well kept and fully equipped with everything you'll need for an unforgettable stay. Your American host is happy to answer any questions, so feel free to ask.

The space
The spacious balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Mature vibe for adults on a Caribbean getaway.

The master bedroom includes a full/double bed and a twin/single bed with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 twin/single beds and a pull out single bed. This room also has its own en-suite bathroom.

Each bedroom has a TV and its own mini split AC unit. There is hot water throughout the condo as well as AC and Wifi.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make a dinner with family or friends. There is also a washing machine in case you want to do laundry during your stay.

Bocagrande or the “new city” is a modern safe neighborhood. You can walk around to different shops and restaurants day or night since the area is well-policed. The Bocagrande beaches are a common tourist destination and if you would like to see the real crystal blue water of the Caribbean, you can always take a trip to the Rosario Islands for the day. The old city is just a 5 minute taxi ride from the building. Once in the old city, you can wander the colonial style streets and visit the local restaurants, shops and bars.
