Delightfully restful and immaculately furnished 2 bedroom ground floor flat, nestled in a peaceful corner of Ryde town centre. A stone's throw from the historic pier, harbour and vast sandy beaches, and a 2 minute walk to Ryde's main street of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Quiet and self-contained, the flat is perfectly equipped for a short break, or a longer stay-and-work stint, with super fast 50 mbps fibre optic connection throughout the flat and private enclosed courtyard.

The space
Fully renovated in the last year, the flat has a lovely light and airy lounge/diner/kitchen with ample room to relax on the sofa or eat and drink in the traditional bay window. The master bedroom opens directly onto the flat's own private enclosed courtyard - perfect for a quiet morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day, and thanks to a lockable gate the French doors can be left open at night.

Outside there is a dedicated parking space for a standard sized car, a small amount of free parking opposite, and a large public car park only a very short walk at the end of the road.

Ryde has a number of restaurants, bars and coffee shops and a host of independent shops. And it also has some of the island's most glorious sandy beaches! Hence its name, 'The Town on the Beach'. The flat is located directly on the coastal path which will take you in one direction along Ryde's Esplanade and beyond to Appley Tower and Seaview; and 2 miles in the other direction you will discover the impressive Quarr Abbey inhabited to this day by Benedictine Monks (with tea shop and cafe of course).
