You're staying in the Host's own home - not just another vacation rental - and the whole property is yours for the duration of your stay. The main Dining room has seating for 12 and connects with the Lounge through double doors, this area has TV & DVD, satellite channels - an antique fireplace comes alive when lit on a cool evening - complimentary fuel supply- the kitchen also has seating for 4 in its dining area

This is the perfect location from which to explore the stunning Wild Atlantic Way. Boat trips to the world famous Skellig Islands, fishing, hiking, cycling (cycle hire available at Casey's Cycle Hire) golf and horse riding can all be easily organised. The nearest beaches are only 3 miles away and there are many others within easy reach. It is an ideal base to enjoy the many walks, mountain rambles, beaches, water activities, cycles and historic sites that are on offer in the area. You are a 15 minute drive from Portmagee, a short ferry ride to Valentia Island where there is much to explore, 15 minutes drive to Ballinskelligs - take the time to tour the scenic Skelling Ring - breathtaking!

I live in the next property so will be available at all times during the rental period and will welcome any questions and deal with any issue that may arise. Please do not wait until your holiday is over to voice any concerns/requests , we will deal with everything/anything immediately.
We would appreciate Guests being ready to depart at 10.00 a.m. on check out day - it is vital that we can get the cleaning process started as soon as possible to ensure that all areas of the house are cleaned and sanitised in advance of the next arrivals.
