You will enjoy this nice and spacious apartment (55sq) situated on 5 th floor (elevator) of a 1971 art déco building in a quiet street with trees. It s NO ALLOWED TO SMOKE in the APPARTMENT . There is a nice view on a beautiful and famous Orthodox Church Place. Sun wake up on the balcony until Noon, then it will be on shadow . Terrace is well decorated and fulls of plants all the year. There is a small table and chairs to chill, take your cafee the morning, have a drink at night or your diner. It's Perfect for a couple or familly who want to visit Athens and want relax in the calm after a long day of exploring the city or after a beach day. You can walk from the apartment and find yourself going through lively places and arriving at heart of the city with the most notable sights of Athens available Monostiraki, Lycabetus mountain, Exarchia, syntagma square, Omonia famous fountains , Accropolis, Plaka etc. If you prefer to take public transport, there are 2 Subway stations Lign 1 and 2 at 3 min walks ( Attiki or Victoria) to reach the city center in 5 minute ( 2 stops) or Straight to the beaches and Marina ( Piraeus ). Church place with bars and restaurants, 24 hours backery, street food around famous donuts place downstairs etc Kitchen is full equipped, (oven, microwave, filter cafee machin , kettle and washing machin). You will have a dining room with table for 3 people separated with kitchen by a bar, 1 living room with big corner couch (1 person can sleep on) and 1 bedroom with queen size bed, Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Water container is ecological and gets warm by the sun power or electricity. There are nice decoration touches. You will Have AC and celling fan in the bedroom. The wifi is ok for people who works from home. I use it to work when I m there so I know. Everything is there to have a great stay in Athen and feel home. The street is one way circulation so no lot of trafic and no trafic at night. There is a fresh market every saturday from 8 AM TO 5 PM. Local mini markets and small shops stay up till the late of the night all around.
