Nestled within the Queenwood gully this is a private downstairs unit situated below our family home. The spacious studio has a unique charm with quirky, antique, glam design & a musical flare. The large, sunny bedroom with a sliding door over looks the swimming pool and out towards the native gully. Situated north of Hamilton, 2min drive to Chartwell shopping Center, 7min drive to The Base & 9mins drive to Hamilton CBD.

Guests have the entire private unit to themselves, with shared outdoor area & pool.

Upstairs we are a busy family, coming & going with 2 young children who may make the odd noise from time to time! You may see us or hear us outside or around the pool.
