The Summer House is a cosy detached, self contained property with ample parking located within a private 8 acre estate set in the beautiful Sussex countryside . Nearby seaside resorts include Bexhill, Eastbourne and Hastings plus the historic town of Battle. There are many interesting attractions and places to visit in and around the 1066 Country.

The space
The Summer House is very well equipped, cosy and comfortable with the added attraction of your own private steam room to unwind from a busy days exploring!

It is warm and cosy with heated towel rails , underfloor heating and electric wall heaters.

For the summer months there is a large ceiling fan and the bedroom and sitting room doors open up onto the patio area.

Feel free to have a little wander around our 8 acres of gardens , ponds and fields. We also have a Public Footpath running alongside our property that leads to 90 acres of woodland walks.

During your stay

We are two families that live on site so there is usually one of us around to help with any queries.
Work and school commitments means a very early start in the morning! We do try our best not to disturb you.
We have children and ponies and a small stable yard.
We will need to enter the patio area daily to attend to our swimming pool boiler room , but we do try to do this when guests are out.
