Clean and Cozy cape cod style house located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a park, shopping and minutes to anywhere from Downtown to I-39 and I-90. We offer 4 bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, Laundry, Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room. Hardwood floors add to the character of the home. I am a life long resident of Rockford and would be happy to assist you in finding things to do, places to eat or general directions to your intended event. Thank you for looking.

This home is in a residential neighborhood with families, empty nesters, and those just starting out. There is a large park about a block from the house and there is a parkway (grass center strip) dividing the traffic in each direction. Overall I love this area of town as i grew up not to far from this exact house.
