The space
(Updated basement coming soon) Lakefront house that is great in all seasons! Lots of space inside and great views of Lake Sisseton. At night the lights of the court house reflect off the water for a stunning view. Cozy up next to the indoor wood fireplace or enjoy an outdoor gas fire pit on the large deck overlooking the water. The backyard patio is perfect for grilling and another fire pit opportunity equipped with bag chairs. Tree house, place set, and sandbox are perfect for younger children. Find yard games (cowboy golf, bean bags, jenga) in the basement garage along with bikes to access the nearby trails on the west side of the lake. Fishing, canoeing, and kayaking are great water activities included in your stay with many life jacket sizes in garage. Several board games and a smart TV are ready for use for indoor activities. Alternative sleeping options (blow-ups and mattress foams) in upstairs closet cabinet. Memories to last a lifetime will be made when you stay at our charming house!

Boat landing located a few blocks from lot. Lots of fun bars and restaurants. Great park by channel inn. Our favorite is El Agave mexican food! The marina, the channel inn, and ambiance have lake and street access and often have live music. Walmart, Fareway, and Hyvee are all close by for any last minute needs. Lakeside bike trail nearby. Opera house, theater, & boutiques located in downtown Fairmont.
