Spacious house at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the small town of Rörvik in the heart of Småland. Direct lake access. Good fishing facilities (fishing license required). Large garden around the house. Parking in front of the house. 3 spacious bedrooms, all with lake view. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen with direct access to the wooden deck. Barbecue (charcoal).
