Welcome to our 600 sq ft, 1-bedroom & 1-bath Villa located on Kiawah's vibrant West Beach. Just steps from the ocean and world-class golf just beyond. Perfect for a couples getaway, family beach retreat, or the golf experience of a lifetime. Our villa is equipped with a chef's kitchen including stainless steel appliances including a commercial-grade beer/wine cooler. You'll feel at home in our living space that features vaulted ceilings and a screen porch to match. The perfect place to relax!

The space
Our villa is as close as you can get to the ocean at Kiawah without being beachfront. The cathedral ceilings in the gourmet kitchen and living room make the 600 sq. ft. feel like more. Guest love having their morning coffee on the porch overlooking the maritime forest, and ending the day in our plush king bed.
