Chapel Road Barn is a lovingly restored Victorian out-building which had a variety of uses at the start of the 20th Century. We have honoured it's heritage with the re-build using all original bricks and stone and even the surprising objects found underneath the original building have been incorporated into the re-design!
We are a 5 minute drive from the car ferry or a 25 minute walk to Ryde Pier. The bus stop is 2 minutes away and we have a variety of country walks and cycles on hand.......

The open plan living room and kitchen in the barn are well equipped with a cosy mezzanine level housing a super comfy double bed. A new bathroom completes the downstairs area.
There is a fully sprung sofa bed downstairs to provide additional sleeping space for a child or an adult. Similar quality bedding to that upstairs is kept in the barn for extra guests using the sofa bed. There is an additional fee for a 3rd guest at Chapel Road Barn.
We have a selection of games to play and a record player to listen to some vinyl plus a brand new 50" Ambience wall mounted TV for a bit of chill- out time and a Netflix film.......
Leading out from the large french doors at the front of the barn is the patio area complete with small table and chairs. This area is separated from the owners garden with a hand-weaved willow screen for privacy.
You can walk to the award winning local Pub (The Fleming Arms) or to Quarr Abbey for afternoon tea. We also have a corner shop 50 yards away! Binstead beach is just a 15 minute walk away too...........

Chapel Road Barn is not suitable for infants (toddlers) or pets.

Binstead is a small village on the outkirts of Ryde. It is very well placed to explore the whole Island by car, bus, bike or foot!
We are a mile from the Wightlink Car ferry at Fishbourne which arrives from Portsmouth. We are 4 miles from the Red Funnel Car ferry from Southampton which arrives at East Cowes. If you are going to use red Funnel, we have a 15% discount to share with you - just ask us.....
