Cute and cozy, this tiny carriage house is packed with charm. Originally used as a place to store a horse-drawn carriage, this delightful building has been completely refurbished with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay, including endless hot water, vinyl plank flooring, front porch, laundry, and eat-in kitchen.
The bedroom has a queen bed, comfy recliner, and Roku-enabled TV.
Please notify me if you are bringing any pets. I want to know dog breed and age.

The space
While it is very tiny, the bedroom has a queen bed, a recliner chair, and a Roku enabled flat-screen TV, DVD player and a handful of DVDs. There is a ladder up to a loft area above the laundry hall where a child can play and/or sleep.
The laundry hall has washer and dryer, some storage space, and a beautiful live-edge work table.
There is a step between the laundry hall and the kitchen/living room.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and an on-demand water heater. The toilet paper holder is a primary feature!
The kitchen/living room has just enough space for all you need, and there are folding chairs stored in the bathroom if you need them.
The front porch has a lovely view of the neighborhood, with comfortable Adirondack chairs.

This is a quiet and historic residential neighborhood, so you are expected to behave quietly and respectfully. There are many lovely and historic homes in this area, with a small park just across the street. Park has playground equipment, basketball court, and picnic area.

During your stay

The Carriage House is just outside my back door. I assume all guests want their privacy, but I always love to meet new people! My wife homeschools our many kids, so there is almost always someone home.
