Enjoy a wonderful stay at this charming spacious house (with large secure garden) in the heart of Beaulieu with great cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Look out for the donkeys and horses roaming freely around the picturesque village!

Stroll to the Beaulieu River two minutes away or take the footpath to Bucklers Hard.

The National Motor Museum and Peppa Pig World are nearby.

The space
This listed house dating back to 1684 is full of period charm and character with exposed beams and spacious rooms.

The property has been comprehensively updated and on the ground floor there is a kitchen/ dining room area, a separate large lounge area, a cloakroom (with WC) and hallway. There is complimentary Netflix on the smart TV in the lounge so you can relax by the log burner and watch your favourite films.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes the following facilities:-

- New Rangemaster cooker
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Expresso coffee machine
- Built in wine cooler (12 bottles)
- Island unit for food preparation
- Larder

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and a large family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a king size bed in each and the other two have two single beds in each room.

There is a large south facing garden with fruit trees to the rear for enjoying outside dining in the summer. And there is also a gas barbecue for your use.

There is off road parking for one car (accesses via the rear gate) plus free parking on the road outside.

There are many things to see and do in the immediate area. Visit the nearby National Motor Museum in the grounds of Beaulieu Palace. The River Beaulieu is only a few minutes walk away and there is also a footpath all the way to Bucklers Hard, the site of shipbuilding where one of Lord Nelson's ships was built. Relax for a drink or lunch in the Master Builders hotel and pub.

Enjoy fine dining at either the Limewood Hotel at Lyndehurst or the Pig restaurant near Brockenhurst.

Also, for the younger ones, Peppa Pig World is only half an hour's drive away.

You can experience climbing and water sports at Calshott and visit Lepe beach overlooking the Solent and Isle of Wight.

Lymington is also a short drive away with its array of independent shops, salt water Lido (for swimming and paddle boarding) and marina. You can also take a ferry to the Isle of Wight (for Osborne House and other sights) so there is plenty to do in the area!
