Where you’ll be

Tiny, Ontario, Canada

A stone’s throw to beautiful & private Bluewater/Georgina/Wendake (BGW) Beach in a quiet, no-public-access neighbourhood. A great place to unwind and relax, but if you're looking for adventure we have that too, all year round!

Driving distance to a number of charming small towns with restaurants, summer go-karts, ice cream & novelty shops, as well as nearby provincial parks (Awenda, Springwater, Craigleith, Pretty River Valley). Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling; we have it all.

Search online for Ontario Trails dot ON dot ca, then "find a trail" in Bruce-Grey-Simcoe county (we are Simcoe County), and you'll find endless options!

Closest Trail:
"Milton St trail" is a great trail nearby through a forest and it takes about an hour to hike round-trip. To get there, walk down Karen Rd towards the beach, and take your 1st right onto Swift's Lane. At the top of Swift’s Lane you'll go down a hill trail to your left that leads to Wendake Rd. Walk along Wendake Rd. to the right until you get to Milton St. (on your right); the trail starts at the top of Milton St (on the left side of the road). Trail exits onto Shades Valley Rd which connects back to Tiny Beaches Rd S. where you'll go left to bring you back to Karen Rd.

o Elmvale Convenience Store, 24 Yonge St. S., Elmvale
o Clover Variety, 34 Yonge St. S., Elmvale

- Steelers Restaurant & Pub, 23 Queen St W, Elmvale (great burgers & a pretty varied selection otherwise)
- Balm Beach Bar & Smokehouse, 1 Tiny Beaches Rd N, Tiny (some good vegetarian options too)
- Surf Family Restaurant, 369 Balm Beach Rd W, Tiny (mainly seafood)
- Pizza delivery or pickup available from: Life’s a Slice Pizza, 13 Yonge St S, Elmvale, or B2’s Pizza, 34 Yonge St S, Elmvale
- Elmvale also has a Tim Horton's, Subway and a McDonalds
- Wasaga Beach is the next nearest town, and they have a bunch of franchise restaurants too: Chuck’s Roadhouse, Boston Pizza, etc.

- Guardian Drugs – Whitfield’s Pharmacy, 16 Queen St. W., Elmvale
- Pharmasave Elmvale – 70 Yonge St. S. #1, Elmvale

The Laundromat: 30 Queen St. W., Elmvale, open 8am – 8pm, 6 days/week (closed Wednesdays)

- closest is a roadside stand at #520 Concession Road 5 West, Tiny. Go down Karen Rd, left on Tiny Beaches Rd S, and left onto Concession 5. Farm & wood stand are a couple km up on the left-hand side. Usually $5/bag (cash only). We have an axe stored onsite (in the 3-season sunroom).
