It is ready to reserve ✅ now 📅. THIS is GLAMPING on a WORKING farm. BUGS, MUD AND MANURE. READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION SO YOU HAVE ZERO SURPRISES WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Self check-in!!! READ THE SIGNS!!! …AND FOLLOW THE SIGNS TO THE BUNK ROOM. 📢There will be noise. This is not good for light sleepers 💤. As the 🐎 are next to you and they make noise! …also the farm work starts very early around 7 AM and the Barn staff make noise. ⭐️I am putting this in because some guests have complained that they cannot “sleep in”. Again, this is a very specific warning ⛔️ that it is a working farm, a working barn, with large, thousand pound horses 🐴 inside, being moved around in an out and washed and fed. So if you want to sleep late ⏰ and have zero noise this is NOT the unit for you. You can book another one of the units which are further back towards the wood line and there it is very quiet 🤫 . But this is a little barn bunk room made for people that want to be NEAR the horses. It is priced super cheap (where else can you get three beds, a Kitchenette, a shower under the stars, and animals ALL around, for this price? It is so families with kids can be around the horses- and enjoy them.

𝙲𝚊𝚝𝚜 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝚒𝚗! 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚌𝚊𝚝𝚜 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚒𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙱𝚞𝚗𝚔 𝚁𝚘𝚘𝚖- 𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚢 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝚝𝚘 𝚌𝚞𝚍𝚍𝚕𝚎 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚐𝚞𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚜. They are clean, have flea and parasite prevention monthly. They 𝙰𝚁𝙴 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐬- they believe the whole farm is theirs so every time you 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 the door they come in. 𝐃𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐬!

This 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 old converted BARN shed🏡. *It is usually ALWAYS BOOKED! *Guests 💕 loveTHIS small PLACE. *Seems to be everyone’s FAVORITE ❤️ Disconnect from the world 🌎 & decompress the stress 📉 in this sweet🧁 little space!!! It’s only 1 room and a half bathroom 🛁 in the barn. The private shower is outside. This is an old barn shed on my farm. It is private, and minimal. This is a farm stay- an 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 animal and nature 🌳 experience. Do as little or as much as you want. Lay in the hammock all day- hike the 𝟏𝟎𝟎 private 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐬 of the farm and it’s private and connecting farm roads. Or- spend your days at the local beaches~ Edisto🏝, Kiawah🏝 and Folly🏝. This sweet🧁 small shed🏡 is your private and immersive view into farm living with horses 🐴 outside your door. 13 barn cats 🐈 wanting your attention and five dwarf goats 🐐 wanting to climb on you. -there is a NEW ROKU tv 📺, there is HIGH SPEED STRONG WIFI NOW! Strong WiFi🛰 and solid cell signal.

Bathroom 🚽 is in the barn. Shower🚿(with hot water) is 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 on the side of the room. Inside two twin bed mattresses 🛏🛏in the 2 lofts; Adults can fit but -ideal for kids (has a guard rail for safety) . A full size bed 🛏 in the main room. A bistro table with 2 chairs 🪑. A reading chair 🛋 . Wall air conditioner. Also an electric fireplace for the cooler nights- a coffee maker ☕️ - small sink 🚰 -mircrowave. Big window 🪟 to see the horses 🐴 in the pastures 🌳. The main barn room shared space is- (about a 𝟑0ft walk)- has a big refriderator - to keep your groceries 🥗 in. Also, there is the half bath with a pedestal sink🚰 and fully plumbed toilet 🚽 for your use. The bathroom is occasionally used by others so consider it shared. Another consideration to factor in, before you reserve, is the private shower (only for the Bunk Room)- but... it’s outside. If you don’t mind showering in the sunshine or under the stars then you will love it. The shower fits 2 people❤️and has 2 bucket shower heads🚿🚿.

Two 🐈‍⬛🐈 of the 13 barn cats will want to sleep💤 in the unit🏠 during your stay. They are friendly and cuddly and you can pick them up and hold them. 🐈🐈‍⬛❤️. Most guests love this aspect of their stay. Whole farm is accessible to guests. 110 acres of flat pastoral land. Free and unlimited interaction with all the animals. ⭐️ ⭐️YOU ARE WELCOME TO VISIT HORSES IN THE BARN ANYTIME⭐️ Park next to the unit. Walk/hike on all the farm land. Rent bikes and bike all the connecting farm roads. Reserve a horseback ride and enjoy the hour long trail ride around the 100 acre farm led by a groom.

The Farm:
This is a private and gated estate property and Thoroughbred farm.
*Seattle Slew (Triple Crown) and *Forli’s (Triple Crown) Granddaughter (retired),
amongst other former Champions reside here. All the farm animals are available to meet and pet, for our guests, who rent one of the homes, which are only available through Airbnb. The farm is our private 100 acre family property. This farm is a replica of a known NY Thoroughbred racing farm in Saratoga, New York.
The land is a manicured and maintained, and our family home since we moved the farm to South Carolina from Pawling, New York in 2014. The farm is close to Charleston (downtown) and the beaches (Atlantic Ocean) of South Carolina. These are farm stays (rural) in the country (bugs), we have 30 sweet horses (our pets) for you to enjoy in the, welcoming and neighborly, low-country of South Carolina- where Southern hospitality is still a thing.

Location:
This is Meggett- the old southern families who built Charleston reside around here- This is the true southern low country- farms and land for miles- marshes and ocean breezes abound.

The farm is 100 flat pastoral acres. 30 minutes to downtown Charleston.
15 minutes to West Ashley.
24 miles to Folly Beach.
20 miles to Edisto Island.
28 miles to Kiawah island .
24 miles to Charleston International airport.
The farm is centrally located between Edisto Island beach and Downtown Charleston. Many guests spend a day at Edisto Beach, Kiawah Beach or Folly Beach and then another day (or two) exploring Downtown Charleston. Afterward coming back to the farm to enjoy the pink sunsets, a private bonfire, and afterward, joining everyone in the barn for night check (when the horses are checked before bedtime) which is each evening at 9:30pm.
