Beautiful country house renovated tastefully 10 minutes from Saintes. Located on the edge of the village the maisonette offers an ideal setting to rest and enjoy the region. You will have a very nice large living room, a master suite with double bed (150x200) and sofa bed and a junior bedroom with two single beds. In front of the house, the garden and large terrace with stone barbecue, tables, chairs is ideal for outdoor dining.

The house is ideally located in the Saintonge countryside, 10 minutes from Saintes and the motorway, 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour from Bordeaux. You are 35 minutes from the beach by car including the large beach of Royan.
